Taboo specializes in fresh seafood and fish, always finding the best that the sea has to offer, including products such as: Tiger Shrimp, Mediterranean Lobster, Dorado Royale, Turbot, Branzino, Prawns or the famous Colossal Squid.

The most authentic Italian pasta made in an artisan way respecting tradition, with sustainable and seasonal ingredients from producers in the region. In Taboo you can taste homemade pasta made at home, as the best Italian restaurant in any of its locations: Cancun, Tulum or Polanco.

A selection of exclusive cuts of the highest quality, based on its marbling and maturity, which are served prepared on firewood which highlights its flavor. Taboo is an official member of the Kobe Beef Federation, which allows him to sell Kobe meat in Mexico.

A sweet ending will allow you to taste the finest artisan desserts with all the flavor of Mediterranean cuisine, which can be accompanied by one of the best Italian coffees or a refreshing carajillo.
