Coba Mayan Ruins

Protected natural space that is located on the Caribbean coast of the state of Quintana Roo, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1987.

How to get?

From the city of Cancún, Quintana Roo, you take the federal highway number 307 to the south, until the town of Tulum, where you take highway 109 towards Nuevo Xcan and after traveling 47 km. Cobá will be found. The visitor can also arrive at the site by public transport.

Cobá or Cob-Ha means “Surrounded by water”.
It is an ancient and important Mayan center, located between 5 lagoons, home to the highest Mayan pyramid in northern Yucatan. On this guided tour of the Cobá Ruins we will take a bike or foot tour under a shade of tall trees for 2 km between the site entrance and the Nohoch Mul pyramid, passing through different interesting points within the archaeological complex .
